I am new to C# and am trying to learn. I have a simple home inventory program that allows me to input information about items (description, location, where purchased, ect) into a single dimension reference array, eg,MyClass[] mcArr = new MyClass[4]; and store it in a .txt file. My form opens the file and displays the information for each item one at a time using previous and next buttons. I want to be able to store multiple .txt files in a directory and put a treeview on the left side of my form. The parent nodes would be the name of each .txt file, and the children would be the inventory item name in each array (TV, Sofa, lawnmower, etc.). Then when I click on one of the children nodes in the treeview it displays the information I have stored about that item on the right side of the form (like it does now). Can anyone help me get there?
