Need help in Developing new application in windows development

Hello

I have to develop a new application in windows. in which i have to develop following thing but i am not getting how to develop it.

I have to develop following are the two points:

1)To show the http addresses that are visit by other computers on the wireless network.

2)to show who is using the wireless network.


for refrence i'll post a link in which there is similar application which i have to develope. but i m not getting related code to create following application.
