Sending Sms using C#.net windows application

Hi,

I am developing a windows application for sending and receiving SMS. i purchased gateway, they provide some commands to send sms and receive sms etc.., now my problem is i can't understand where can i use those commands. is it necessary to add any dll to my project.

those commands are like

BIND_TRANSMITTER
BIND_RECEIVER
BIND_TRANSCEIVER
UNBIND SUBMIT_SM
ENQUIRE_LINK
DELIVER_SM_RESP
