pan zoom panel with abilty to select objects

Hello,
I am searching for a panel that allows me to pan and zoom but i still have to be able to select a object like a Button (so not a pure drawing panel).
If anyone have an idee how to handle this, it would be great.

Stop searching. You'll have to make it.

Alright then, thanks for the quick response
( yesterday I needed dockable panels and I found dockpanel suite so I was hoping for an open source solution for this problem)

@zaklamp
There might be. There are lots of makers of components and I sure don't know them all. I only meant to say that such a control does not exist as part of that supplied with Visual Studio.

The volunteers here are more about coding solutions than shopping for them.

Might I suggest hitting Google with the items "C# pan zoom".
Several "how to" projects came up for making such a control.
