Capture Downloads and uploads online

Maidenz08
How can i log all the files that have been either uploaded or downloaded from the net. It could either be in mails or job portals. Does this transfer happen through a particular port which i can read to get the details. I need the filename and the path it was uploaded from or downloaded to. Help will be really appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Let's see...Based on your last couple posts you want to capture all uploads, all emails, log all websites visited and all IM chats.

Sounds like a heck of a comprehensive spyware application to me.
