Play flash videos?

I'm trying to create a plugin that will play flash videos (via a http network stream). I found some code that will play swf files (not sure about network swf files, cant get it working to test it. When i try to compile my code i get this error:

The name 'resources' does not exist in the current context. What namespace contains this? I have attached the code that i'm using, is there a better way to play these videos?

AxShockwaveFlashObjects.AxShockwaveFlash AxShockwaveFlash1 = new AxShockwaveFlashObjects.AxShockwaveFlash();

AxShockwaveFlash1.Enabled = true;
AxShockwaveFlash1.Location = new System.Drawing.Point(12, 12);
AxShockwaveFlash1.Name = "AxShockwaveFlash1";
AxShockwaveFlash1.OcxState = ((System.Windows.Forms.AxHost.State)(resources.Get Object("AxShockwaveFlash1.OcxState")));
AxShockwaveFlash1.Size = new System.Drawing.Size(525, 266);
AxShockwaveFlash1.Movie = "video path";
AxShockwaveFlash1.Play();
