Update DB from datagridview

I've populated the datagridview with an excel sheet and now i want to update the datagridview to a similiar table at Oracle DB.

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1.         private void updateOracleBtn_Click(object sender, EventArgs e)
  2.         {
  3.                 int connectionCounter = 0;
  4.                 bool boolUpdateData = true;
  5.                 while (boolUpdateData && connectionCounter < 3)
  6.                 {
  7.                     try
  8.                     {
  9.                         localConnection = new OracleConnection(localFunction.localConnectionString);
  10.                         localConnection.Open();
  11.
  12.                         boolUpdateData = false;
  13.                     }
  14.                     catch (Exception localException)
  15.                     {
  16.                         localFunction.WriteEventLog(localException.ToString(), "OPCAlarmConfig");
  17.                     }
  18.                     connectionCounter++;
  19.                 }
  20. }
I have establish a connection with the Oracle database...where should i proceed to do next?

Any help or advice is appreciated.
