.NET Impersonation Over Network

Here's the issue I am having:

I am running an application that is on a server in our network, but it is in a workgroup, but the Active Directory Domain. (Server1)

I am also running another server in the Active Directory Doman. (Server2).

I am pulling credentails (Domain,Username,Password) from database.

I need to write a stream to Server2 from the Server1 application. In order to accomplish this I would like to use Impersonation; however, I cannot get it to work with this scenario. It works perfectly fine if the source system is in the domain.

I am open to suggestions if anyone has some.
