Click Once not require privileges ??

By default, ClickOnce installation does not require privileges - that is
half the point of using a ClickOnce installation (The other half is
incremental updates).

The prerequisites, however, may require privileges. So you need to make sure
the users have the right version of the .Net Framework installed already by
an administrator, as well as any other prerequisites you may require.

How can I make sure other prerrequisites is installed ? Any pattern about it
? samples of Microsoft MVPs ? Any help please ?
