Create exe in VS2005

Hello,

I have completed a simple application that connects to a local Access
database. I dont kow how to compile it into an EXE for deployment onto a
user machine. All I have found so far is the 'Publish' command in VS but I
cant specify things like:
1. what directory the apllication is installed to
2. what files to include in the install
3. splash screens etc..

Can anyone give me some pointers?

Thanks,
Grant
