Service is not picking up from MSMQ

I have a WCF service running..but some how it is not picking up from
MSMQ...i tried the security permissions and also made service
authentication to 'none'. I dont know what shd i be doing..

Has it ever worked? And stopped working? OR its a new thing you can't get
to work for the first time.
You need to list your OS version (which also tells us which version of msmq
you have).
