Relating ComboBox selection to Listbox content

Given the following data model:

Category ---< Sub-category (1 to many)

with Category and Sub-category being two SQL Server tables,

I want to list the Category in a ComboBox such that selecting a Category
will display the related Sub-categories in a Listbox for selection.

I'd appreciate a few pointers (pun not intended!) on how to achieve this.

Thnaks.
