Labels disappearing on WinForm when user maximizes or reducesoriginal width, height of form

I have many labels that are disappearing from my form when the user
resizes it, they seem to dissapear when certain width/height
thresholds are exceeded.

I have no code in place purposely trying to alter these controls on
maximize, minimize or form resize so whatever is causing this is
default behavior. The settings on the labels that are disappearing are
all default settings with the exception of Font, which is set to
Vernanda 8.25pt and I set the Anchor property to Top, Right,
Bottom.... Also, AutoSize I've set to False.

I've tested the application on multiple PCs, the problem is not
isolated to one specific display

Are the labels acutally disappearing? Or does the text just get drawn
differently (i.e. outside the visible area)?

It will be practically impossible to answer your question without a
concise-but-complete code sample demonstrating the problem. Because it's
a Forms issue, there is an especially strong emphasis on "complete" here.
