user notes

Hi, can somebody point me in the right dirrection. I want to create an
application were several pages can be added. On the pages the user
enters data in a pre designed table on the page, maybe through a form,
asking questions for each row, which eters them automatically. At the
end, combine all pages into one, for printing.
regards Robert

I think that you either have to explain the actual purpose of the
program, or specify what it is that you are uncertain about.
