logger with timestamp and levels

Looking for a basic logger that would display timestamp at various
levels

[timestamp ] Info: my message
[timestamp ] Warning :

etc

any suggestions and pointers?

MS live labs has one here. log4net is good also.

I will also recommend log4net.
