Are MSDN forums as good as Microsoft Newsgroups

I'm new here. I was just wondering which is better for getting
your queries on C# answered: Microsoft Newsgroups or MSDN forums. Any

There are some managed NG, this group is unmanaged but it has a big
traffic, it's difficult that a post be unanswered after 1 day of
posting.
