Run after Stand By/Hibernation

I would like to start new application when Windows is resuming from Stand By
or Hibernation. Just like Startup folder or
SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows/Currentversion/Run registry entry.

Any suggestion?

You could have an application running in the background that handles
the SystemEvents.PowerModeChanged event.
