C#---Training---Learning---Education

I am looking for the best C# training educational materials. Books,
Computer-based training, etc.. I'll take anything that anyone has come across
that is worth while. Are the MSDN resources any good? What books are good? Is
there any step-by-step training courses through the Internet available?

Our company is a FoxPro based company and I think we are on the verge of
moving towards our next generation of application development tools.

We have to learn and learn quickly, yet efficiently. And from what
everything I've read, C# is the way to go for current and future ASP
development.

Any help or assistance that you can provide is GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks in advance for your help.
