LINQ Fold and EqualAll

There are LINQ examples here
(http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/vcsharp/aa336746.aspx) with Fold and
EqualAll that don't work. Is there new syntax for the Fold and EqualAll
examples, or is this functionality no longer available?
