LINQ Fold and EqualAll

There are LINQ examples here
(http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/vcsharp/aa336746.aspx) with Fold and
EqualAll that don't work. Is there new syntax for the Fold and EqualAll
examples, or is this functionality no longer available?

Fold becomes Aggregate... (looking at 2nd)

And EqualAll seems to map to SequenceEqual
