Help editing an XML element?

Hi,

I need to be able to edit an XML element so instead of it being
<aggregateResponse></aggregateResponseit needs to be
<tns:aggregateResponse></tns:aggregateResponse>

Any help with this would be much appreciated.

Do you need to edit a xml file on your harddrive or one that is stored
in memory in your application?

If you read it into a XmlDocument, then you can change
it all you want.
