I need to be able to edit an XML element so instead of it being
<aggregateResponse></aggregateResponseit needs to be
<tns:aggregateResponse></tns:aggregateResponse>

I need to edit one which is stored in memory.
If you read it into a XmlDocument, then you can change
it all you want.
