How to read MP3 tags information from mp3 file

Hi

I have some mp3 files and i want to write a program to read alle
information regarding singers, name of song, and other technical info.
and write them to my database. I need to read tags information from mp3
file. Like when you use Easy tag program to read tags info.

Any direction will be appreciated.

Thanks
