Well, first you need the core exam: 70-536. After that, you need to
pick something that is close to what you are using (ASP.NET, WinForm,
WPF, WCF, ADO.NET, etc).

Lots of details here (look for the ones with .NET in the title):
http://www.microsoft.com/learning/mcp/mcts/default.mspx

Note that most of the .NET exams offer (at least) C# or VB choices,
but are really .NET (framework) exams, not C# (language) exams.

It depends on what you mean by difficult. Take a look at the "Skills
Measured" tab in the exam preparation page, such as
http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en...ms/70-536.aspx for 70-536. You
need to know each and every one of the subjects that are mentioned in this
page, which may be "difficult" in the sense that the list is extensive, but
not in the sense that each subject considered separately is particularly
complex.

How many % of total question must be answered correct before pass the exam
?
It's not a percentage. The exam is worth 1000 points, and you need to
get at least 700 points. The way in which the questions translate into
points is not made public, and the relative value of each question is not
published, either. So it doesn't necessarily mean that you need to get 70%
of the questions rigtht.

There is "measureup"; I believe there are a few sample questions
available from the MCTS web site. But the Microsoft Press book for
70-536 also includes a lot of sample questions. Just beware that the
same book also has the longest errata I have *ever* seen on a technical
book! It is shockingly bad in places...
