how can I tell who has the lock in the debugger?

Is there an easy way to determine which thread and stack frame has a
given lock in the (VS2008) debugger? I'm putting some breakpoints into
my code to in conjunction with Monitor.TryEnter to track down who has
the lock when I need it. It's just that digging through a dozen
threads with a large stack frame on each is sure a pain.
