Strange Temp File with the XmlTraceListener

Has anyone run into this issues when using the XmlTraceListener... I
have it logging to a file "error.xml" but for some reason files like
this is being left in the same directory the xml file is in:

f73d8cd7-f382-4463-a5a6-8666ab6d4a92error.xml

It does not seem to happen all the time. I figure these are temp
files, but they are not being cleaned up.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
David
