Issue write to cd/dvd

I have a program that writes files to a cd/dvd (using Roxio DLA for drive
letter access). A fair amount of the time when I try to close (make
compatible) the cd/dvd I will get an error stating that files on the cd/dvd
are in use? All my program does is use File.Copy() to copy the files to the
cd/dvd. Any ideas what could have the files open on the cd/dvd?
