Problem with sgen und <assemblyname>.XmlSerializers

Hi,

I've got an Windows Service which is communicating with another server
using webservices. Everything worked fine but know when I try to create
a referenz of the webservice class I get a file not found exception in
<assemblyname>.XmlSerializers. The sgen tool also returns the status
code 1. I disabled the serialization assembly in the project settings
but nothing realy chanched. In the moment I don't have any clue what I
can do. Anyone an idea!?

Thanks in advance
Martin
