I am looking for co-operative help in developing a smart shopping
system based on .NET 3.5, C#, SQL SERVER/ORACLE. This is not a job, or
a contract, but a co-operative effort, which means rewards would be
based on an share value of the project.
I would welcome any details of more applicable newsgroups.
Key areas of the project:
- web crawling to get data from shopping websites
- data mining to assess the value of buying patterns
- semantics based on subjective values achieved by a combination of
text mining, traffic analysis, and buying
Money would be made:
- license to large shopping sites
- price comparison website construction
- direct sales via a shopping site
The final objective:
- suggest products for a prospect to buy based on viewing patterns and
hence sales will increase and therefore profits
