Adding a user to an LDAP Active Directory Group? Error A referral wasreturned from the server

jc
I'm attempting this code:

using System;
using System.Collections.Generic;
using System.Text;
using System.DirectoryServices;

namespace cLDAP
{
public class Program
{
public static void Main()
{
string GroupName = "LDAP://
CN=THEGROUP,OU=Administrator,OU=MYSERVER,DC=MYDOMA IN,DC=MYSUBDOMAIN";
DirectoryEntry grp = new DirectoryEntry(GroupName);
try
{
if (grp!=null)
{
grp.Properties["member"].Add("THEUSER");
grp.CommitChanges();
System.Console.WriteLine("Success");
System.Console.Read();

}
}
catch (Exception ex)
{
System.Console.WriteLine("Error");
System.Console.WriteLine(ex.Message,"An Exception
occured during adding to group");
System.Console.Read();

}

}
}
}
and getting error:

A referral was returned from the server.

Should CN be the AD group?
Should OU be Administrator and the server name?
Thanks for any help or information.
