Regex issues with quotation marks

I have this regular expression:

(?:(?<Value1>)??(?<Value2>(?:\([^\)]+\)|\[[^\]]+\]|\"[^\"].+\"))|(?
<Value1>.+))

It will capture these patterns fine

Value1
Value1 [Value2]
Value1 (Value2)
Value1 "Value2"

I need to modify the regular expression to also match these patterns:

"Value1"
"Value1" [Value2]
"Value1" (Value2)
"Value1" "Value2"

Please help.

Thanks
