DataGrid.IsSelect() is borken in .NET 2.0

I have an application runs fine on .NET 1.1 and throws exception in .NET 2.0

IList dataSrc = (IList)dataGrid.DataSource.GetList();

int t = dataSrc.Count;

for (int i = 0; i < t; i++)
{

bool isSelect = this.dataGrid.IsSelected(i); //this line throws
exception
...
}

IsSelected() throws exception: {"Index was outside the bounds of the
array."}

And when I debug, I found dataGrid.DataGridRows[] only has one row, and it
is a DataGridRelationShipRow, not a "Data Row" as I expected!

Is this a bug or I used it in worng way?
