wpf and Point coordinates

Hi Hope someone can help

just starting to look at WPF and so far have only seen shapes built with
Integar values

Is it possible to create Shapes using float value Points ( e.g x=320.52
y=423.60)
without truncating them to ints
any help will be very much appreciated
