Try with this:

"<a href=\\s*([^>]*)\\s*>\\s*"

An example:

string s;
Regex r;
Match m;
//
s = @"Esto es una prueba <a href='http://www.elguille.info/'>el Guille</a>
Más cosas.";
r =new Regex("<a href=\\s*([^>]*)\\s*>\\s*");
//
m = r.Match(s);
if( m.Success)
Console.WriteLine(m.Result("$1"));
else
Console.WriteLine("No hay coincidencias.");
