Threads and Events

Hello,
I got the following scenario:

One main thread which will dynamiclly create an unknown number of
threads and will wait for events fired by all the threads it created.

What is the best way implementing it using the Events and Events
Handlers?
Are there any good examples for that I can use?

Thank you very much for ur help:)
