Upgrading from Visual c# .Net 1.1 (where to buy?)

I am using Visual .Net and C# (1.1) and I am trying to upgrade. But
Amazon do not sell any upgrade. I cannot see any product listing to
buy.

Is the upgrade now all in with Visual Studio? Or how is it done?

I use Visual Studio 2008 Express Edition (.NET 3.5). C++, C#, VB, and Web
Developer Express Editions are all free, and so far I am extremely thrilled
with the value to cost ratio. :)

I am not exactly sure, but I believe there are no royalties for private _or_
commercial use. Someone will correct me if I am wrong about this
undoubtedly. So far I haven't had to worry about this issue with Express
Edition, but I need to look into it myself sometime. (Maybe I should
actually read the whole EULA now and then :) )

I hope this helps.

Or are you saying you're having "from 1.1" issues?
