Hi,
i am not a friend of crossposting, but this is a exception here.
Either i dont get it or whatever, can someone tell me, why
the Console.ReadLine() needs twice Enter hit, after the
Console.TreatControlCAsInput = true; has been set and
how can i avoid this with Console.TreatControlCAsInput = true;
leaving the TreatControlCAsInput as "true",..
Why does this break its behaviour,...?

As I pointed out in the framework newsgroup, you didn't cross-post, you
multi-posted (which is worse).
Besides, Marc already answered this same question. What about his reply
wasn't useful to you? Why didn't you just ask for elaboration in the same
thread?
_Pete_,
I see you're still _arrogant_ as ever. Now you're a newsgroup watchdog as
well. How do _you_ find the time? Silly little fool.

Well - multi posting is generally considered bad, because it
fragments the discussion (which is usually undesirable except
in rare X vs Y cases).
And it is both efficient and polite to continue the existing
thread instead of create a new one to get any outstanding issues
sorted out.
So what are you complaining about ??
Arne
