ERP application in .NET

I'm looking for a bigger ERP application or framefork in .NET
preferably Open Source and C# but may be others.

I have seen a lot of such Java applications (ADempiere, OfBiz, Compiere)

..NET does not have anything.
Is it better to switch to Java /Eclipse/Compiere for creating ERP
appications?

it's better to use what's in demand and that you know how to use, unless
you're a purist, in which case you use what's best, period ... please advise
when you figure out the answer to either of those ....

I want to use what is best (most advanced, can easily customized by me)
Im ready to learn something if reqired.
