Where to put the local settings ?

Hello,

I ve published my application to a place by clickonce,

After Installing from remote using clickonce page, When at first run,
program creates a setting file such as "LocalSettings.XML", Where must the
application put this file ?

Some Other Place ?

I dont want that after updating by clickonce for new version, my
"LocalSettings.XML" file mustnt disappear

Is there a locagical proper place for local files ?

Thanks
