Problem with Data Source Configuration Wizard?

Hello:

I am using VS 2005 with the Pervasive 9.5 SQL data provider. WHen I try to
use the Wizard to build a connection I get an error which says "Unable to
build the 'vs.procedures' collection because execution of the sql query
failed."

Has anyone else seen this error? What is the cause? I can otherwise access
the database by hand building my queries but I have SQL execution errors
which are sporadic. I also get errors such as an unhandled exception when
trying to use a connection which has already been disposed. The debugger is
useless because it doesn't take me to the offending code.

I am using a Database over a VPN link so could the problem be due to a
timeout? The link is fast enough for the program to operate however but I
get these errors which I can't track down.

Thanks

Edwin
