Can't restore my app (DexExpress DockManager )

Hi All,
WinForms app that uses DexExpress DockManager with ~15 panels.
Lately I've added a new panel that contains a user control with bunch
of panels and group boxes in it.
I believe that starting from that point I'm encountering a new problem
in my application which happens every once in a while:
When my app is minimized or goes out of focus, sometimes I can't
restore it.
It stuck, the main window is not repainted, I can't click the close
button not even from the task bar.
Everything is stuck and I need to kill the process through the
TasManager.
The Task Manager however reports the process as 'Running'.

Now, I've managed to catch this problem once with the debugger,
and what I've noticed was that the GUI thread was in a Sleep/Wait/Join
state,
so I couldn't see really the point that caused this problem.
It made me think that for some reason the GC thread got stuck and
locked all other application thread as well... ???

Anyone has an idea maybe what's wrong or how to continue debug this?
Thanks!
