animated form background?

I wonder if there is a efficiant way to provide a animated background
for Form/Control?
If I redraw the background of a control, all it's sub controls will be
forced to redraw, right?

Thanks!

Yes, I think so.
I do not know the best way of doing that though. I thik that your best
resource could be Bob Powell's site: http://www.bobpowell.net/

I haven't seen him around here in a while though.
