Exchange containers permissions

i need help on a new project.
i want to write it in C#.

i need to traverse the exchange 2003 org looking for specific containers.
then find what the permissions are.

how is the best way to start any samples would make this easier.

you should use CDOEXM Libary, to learn how to use it, please check the
