Passing Arguments

i have a Situation where i need a object from another dll

dll1 had a config class i want to send this config Information to anothe
class in the constructor
dll1 is like a Exe..its a Bridge from VB6 to c#
i grab my name.dll.comfig (not appconfig) my own
where i need to send it down to other classes
oconfig= new dll1config();

//below is in dll2...where dll2 references dll1
// my prob is Reference type of oconfig , cant even
//case to ddl1config,

myReports oReport = new myReports(oConfig);

in dll2 when i recieve oConfig i cant reference back to the top DLL1
