Loading of msdxm.ocx with AxImp failed

Hi to all, this is my first post. Im' learning C# by reading "C# fro
java programmers". In the book there's a program that needs two
libraries to be generated with AxImp. So,as the book shows,I digit at
the prompt:

AxImp c:\windows\system32\msdxm.ocx
but I obtain an error that says that it has been occurred an error
while loading DLL. (HRESULT: 0x80029C4A (TYPE_E_CANTLOADLIBRARY)). Why
this happens? I'm using Windows Vista and I have Visual Studio and
Windows SDK. Thanks.
