For a UserControl the message WM_INITMENU is never raised for a Context Menu?

I'd really appreciate it if you can either verify or contradict following
statement.

I experiment but do not trust that I can design a perfect experiment.
For a UserControl the message WM_INITMENU is never raised for a Context
Menu.

I looked at that site long but couldn't find where it related to my question
( although WM_INITMENU was mentioned.)

Did I miss something there?
