bottom anchor

if on a page i have a layer, and i want to anchor it at the bottom,
how could i do that? (Asp.net 2.0 C#).

how could i do that? (Asp.net 2.0 C#).
This has nothing to do with ASP.NET nor with C#. You'll have to research
Javascript and/or CSS. In the latest non-microsoft browsers it is as simple
as 2 stylesheet rules. In Internet explorer it's still a bit more differcult.
