Find All References returns only subset

Hi,

I am running Version 8.0.50727.867 (vsvista.050727-8600) of
VS2005. In my C# program Find All References returns only a subset
of all references, the definition of the type and where the type
appears in a return statement. No other references to the type are
shown. How can I fix Find All References?

Thanks,
Mark
