Preview Crystal Reports in VS 2005

Hi,
I am new to Crystal Reports.NET. I am creating some reports (rpt
files) for a project and I have set the design time datasource to an
XML file which contains some test information too.
Now when I preview the report in VS2005, instead of showing my test
data, it shows some other information such as color names and etc.
Does anyone have an idea why it is so?
Thanks in advance.
