edit file details?

Hello,

Does anyone know how I can programatically access the file properties
displayed in the Summary tab of the file properties under XP and the
Details tab of the file properties under Vista...? It would be nice to be
able to get at the stuff under the Version tab in XP as well - but I
suspect this is a different process(?)

Any thoughts, suggestions, pointers to docs, etc. would be much
appreciated! (I searched a few times for a while on the web with nothing
but way to access the (MS) Office specific properties of Office files)

Thanks!

(sorry for the re-post I realized I hadn't used my proper MSDN posting
alias)
