Resizing a tab control

I'm trying to set up a fom with a tab control, each page of which will
contain a web page that's preloaded to a specific URL. I've set the
form to maximize but I'm unable to set the size of the tab control or
the tab pages to match. VS 2005 says it's a read only value despite
the fact that the tool tip says it's used to "get or set".

Any advice?
