using Microsoft.mshtml having System.UnauthorizedAccessException error

PD
To whom it may concern,

I am using Microsoft.mshtml to parse HTML, it runs fine on my
development XP Pro box. After I deployed it onto windows 2003 server,
I always get error message as follows:

Unhandled Exception: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access is
denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED)
at System.RuntimeType.ForwardCallToInvokeMember(Strin g memberName,
BindingFlags flags, Object target, Int32[] aWrapperTypes, MessageData&
msgData)
at mshtml.HTMLTableCellClass.get_innerHTML()
at ...

If you happened to have similar error and had worked out, could you
please shed some light?

Thanks,

PD
